Acid resistance

Acid resistance - what does this mean?

By acid resistance we generally understand a measurement of a surface's ability to resist the corrosive effect of acids. Chemical deformations appear, if aggressive concentrations of chemicals influence the materials for a long time or occasionally and thus inflict damage. We deal with the production of acid-resistant ceramic tiling, which partly is produced by vibration method. KAGETEC® industrial flooring systems are designed and formed with the necessary protective layer and sealing layer according to the requirements. These systems, permitted by the building control department, also fall into line with the Water Regulation Act (WRA). Our floors stand out for high chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance. They meet the highest demands on planar ground and are easy to clean. Hygiene and cleannesss standards, for example existing and mandatory in pharmaceutical industry, are achieved by outstanding visual and hygienic prefection factors.
